When wishing to claim compensation, a refund or replacement first off please check the sections on the LEFT MENU under AREAS for possible answers.

Look at several sections if there is a related or similar section, also review Prevention and Checklist pages for some useful tips.

If you cannot find the answer there tell us your problem using the form below. We can only offer advice and cannot not enter into any discussions with the supplier. We cannot make phone calls or write letters for you.

There is NO CHARGE for this service but we cannot guarantee any time scale to process your request.

Give suppliers name, address, telephone contact numbers and any names to contact

Total cost of goods of services inc VAT, show items costs if several

Do you have estimates or quotations or other written details and prices?

What was the DATE of purchase?

Amount paid so far, and method e.g. cash, cheque (personal/bankers draft/building society), credit or debit card etc

Do you have receipts, or copies of cheques etc?

What are you claiming - full refund, deposit refund, replacement, credit note or what?

Have you asked for a refund, or just wanting advice on a course of action?

If asked supplier why have you not succeeded? Why is the supplier refusing to refund?

Has the supplier offered anything?

When did you contact the supplier (date) and whom did you speak to, or see, and what was their status (manager, salesperson etc)?
